Head was broken
Bought the individual one and the family of 3. Coloring and quality were good; Individual one came in just fine, but the top head of the family one was broken. Wanted to replace it, but that proved to be more trouble than it was worth, so I glued the head back on and fortunately it looks fine.

This ornament is ADORABLE, but unfortunately it arrived broken. It was sent in a loosely padded envelope, but should definitely have been in a padded box.

Very cute and well made but it arrived with the head broken off. It seems the shipper thinks it’s OK to mail a fragile item in a PLASTIC BAG, with no box nor protection. I imagine the returns cost them more than a little box or some bubble wrap would.
