Bright, fun, festive, portable
Love these lights! I usually decorate my foyer with some Halloween lights for trick or treaters to enjoy as when I open my door to hand out candy. These lights make for a great addition. A perfect pop of purple color, with the glowing pumpkins, and they are portable — using batteries. Note that they do have a battery case (takes 3 AAs) that is a little tricky to open. That said, the price is very affordable.

These Halloween string lights with maple leafs and pumpkins are perfect!!! The maple leafs are black. It takes 3 double a batteries. There are no instructions, but easy to use just put the batteries in and move the switch to on. The lights all work, the colors are vibrant, perfect for Halloween. For $8 I most definitely recommend these!!

Automatically turns on the same time every day and turns off 6 hours later!
What I really like about these is that they are effortless once you get them up where you want. I got thinking that after each time I turned them on they would turn off six hours later. Was I surprised and delighted to discover the next day that they automatically had turned on without my doing anything! No instructions and it was by chance that I found the correct setting to do this. After inserting batteries, I found that there were three positions on the switch. The one on the left is OFF, but there is a setting in the center, and another one to the right. I set it in the CENTER setting and the lights came on and went off 6 hours later, this is the same setting that surprised me the next day by automatically turning on and then off. Since this is the one I’ll be using, I didn’t experiment any further. My guess would be the right setting will turn the lights on and off six hours later without repeating the next day.
