Getting ready for all the summer festivities and this garland is perfect for Memorial Day weekend as well as 4th of July. The garland is boxed (which I will keep for storage). I didn’t have any problems with ‘shedding’ or pieces falling off which I have had with other garland of this type. This isn’t super wide … maybe about 4″ and nice but not ‘full’. The colors are bright red, whites and blues. Very happy with this and looking forward to decorating.

Lots of red/white & blue shiny garland for all your holiday decorating needs. Goes down my banister and then some. My advice is that once you take off the tag the manufacturer put on to keep it together, hold on there and slowly unspool while decorating. Since there is a lot, it will get unwieldy if you let it. A few pieces fell off (mostly red stars) when I was decorating, but that wasn’t terrible, because you can put those pieces on the table as decor, too. They don’t get trashed, they just come off the string. And you can’t tell on the garland because there is so much going on anyway. I’m happy I ordered, and will be able to decorate not only my house, but the office as well with this much material. I give it an “A” for decorative value and amount you get. Can’t give it an A+ because stuff does fall off, but like I said, it doesn’t really detract from the garland and you can’t tell where things are coming off. Probably good for a couple year’s worth of use, and a couple of locations, too! Will easily go around a table, newel posts, ceilings, etc. Cool item. No nasty smell and comes in a cardboard box, which is eco friendly.
