Small and does the job
Bought these for a birthday surprise and they did they job as little noise makers. The black and gold design is easy to match to any festivity and the cute little gold metallic tassles kind of wave around when you blow into it but don’t expect magic. The tassles can loosen easily so that’s my main problem with them.

These noisemakers aren’t very noisy which might be a good or bad thing. They have gold fringe and a mouthpiece, two came apart with gentle handling. They are smaller than I expected.
