Overpriced
Returning..beautiful, won’t last long. The material is extremely cheap, dents with the slightest pressure, and scratches instantly. It’s also so light and skinny that anywhere outside of grass it will have to be glued down with hot glue or a two-sided heavy duty tape.I would keep it if it was an item that I could say “you get what you pay for” but I paid more for this item hoping to get quality instead what I got was a cheap flimsy overpriced Snowman.

When the figurines arrived, I was able to get them assembled easily but one of the figures didn’t fully light. I contacted customer service and they promptly created a free replacement which is already on its way.

⭐️ 1 Star – Missing Connections & Defective Lights
I was really disappointed with this Outdoor Christmas Deer Family set. In the packaging, there was only ONE power connection, even though the manual clearly shows it should include THREE to power all the reindeer. I had to contact the seller, and they eventually shipped out the correct 3-connection adapter.But even after that, one of the reindeer still doesn’t work properly — the antler and head lights don’t turn on at all. For the price, this should not be happening.Do not buy. The product is poorly made, and the hassle is not worth it.

Product is so bad and flimsy. Cannot put it together it just keeps falling apart. No way could it go outside it would just blow away. I am 84 years of age and thought it would look lovely in my garden. The head keeps falling off, so do the arms and scarf. Nothing holds together. It is not worth a fiver. I am a good customer of Amazon and feel disgusted. With this. It just wants throwing in the bin. How can I possibly return it to you as I am housebound and nothing to put it in.
