Received undamaged as it was packaged well. The product received was as shown in the online pictures. I got them to add to a baby shower gift (a long with some other goodies) so the new parents got some stuff for themselves not just for the baby.

I love this mug!These mugs are adorable and made a perfect gift for my friends who are expecting their first baby. The design is simple but sweet, and the 15 oz size is just right for a good cup of coffee or tea (which they’ll definitely need as new parents!). The ceramic feels sturdy and of decent quality.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the packaging could be a bit more secure—one mug was slightly loose in the box, though thankfully it wasn’t damaged. Otherwise, a great gift that brought smiles!
