I must have missed something in the description. I thought it was cardboard of some sort. Instead its of a banner type material. I’m gonna have a friend build a stand for it. Colors are bright.

I ordered this because it matches the colors I am using and is relatively small. Most of the banners were too big. This one is o.k. I will probably be hanging it with tape, and it is meant for a day-after event that will only last a couple hours. The cardstock is not very heavy, and the letters and stars are threaded on a ribbon so you can move them to fit your space. This has good and bad points, as the ribbon is very narrow and lightweight, and I think the letters may move around, but I haven’t tried to hang it yet. Also, the Happy New Year message is on two lines and thus two different ribbons, and I have already gotten them tangled up. So I don’t love this, but it was closest of the items offered to what I wanted. The glitter does NOT come off, so that’s a plus.

Disappointing
The letters were completely in the wrong order/backwards even though it says NO DIY necessary. As I was rearranging the letters, I noticed the string it’s hanging on is frayed and weak. Would not but again.

A fun idea that flops.
When I saw the ad for KatchOn New Years Photo Booth Frame banner, I wondered if the cutout opening was too big. It could be smaller and work better. But the real problem is that the banner is a soft fabric that crumples and folds over on itself at the bottom half, while hanging up from the 2 grommets at the top corners. It needs to have some braces or support to hold the bottom section flat and straight, so you see the words and actually have a frame. You can’t tape it on a wall– there’s no place for the people to stand behind it, to get their picture taken. There is a 20 foot long piece of black ribbon that accompanies this item. There are no instructions. I think it’s to hang it without driving nails. But the bottom still crumples and makes the frame a flop.
