Fantastic lights for my Christmas tree!
I recently bought these Christmas lights for my tree, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. They are beautiful, bright, vibrant, and they make the whole tree look magical whether I use the multicolor mode or the yellow (I would not call it warm white but I am happy with the color).What impressed me the most was how easy they were to put on. The lights came perfectly rolled on a wheel, which made installation incredibly simple and completely tangle-free. The packaging was thoughtful and secure.I was also pleasantly surprised by how long the string is (I bought the 500 led version) I was able to wrap my 8 ft tree two and a half times with plenty of coverage and a full, even glow.If you’re looking for lights that are both stunning and easy to use, these are a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Exactly what I was looking for
6’ 6” tree with 500 lights. Laid the lights on top of each branch from center to tip and back. Pliable wires. Brightness not overpowering. First time placing wires on tree—might go back and redistribute to make more even. Pleased that I didn’t run out of lights before I got to the top. Good price compared to big box stores. Remote works so far. Probably won’t use any of the modes—I just like the quiet ambiance of the solid glow. Time will tell regarding quality but so far looks promising.

Glaring Design Oversight – No Memory = Unusable with Timers or Smart Plugs
1 starThese lights appear fine until you cut power. That’s when the real problem shows up.Some of the JMEXSUSS controllers do not retain their settings after a power cycle. Every time power is interrupted — wall switch, timer, smart plug, or brief outage — the lights reset to the default mode (which cycles through ALL different modes) This makes them unusable for automated, outdoor, or seasonal setups. If you want steady lighting, forget it! Once you cut the power it defaults to flashing modes.After researching the issue, this is a known hardware design flaw. The controller has no non-volatile memory, so it cannot save the selected mode. What makes this especially frustrating is that the circuit board already has a footprint for an EEPROM memory chip, and multiple users have confirmed that soldering one in fixes the problem.Whether this was an oversight or a production decision doesn’t matter. The result is a controller that fails a basic expectation. Lights like these are commonly used with timers and smart plugs, and without memory, they are useless – unless you want to constantly cycle through all of the flashing modes.In my case, I had to purchase a separate controller that actually has a memory function just to make these lights usable. That adds extra cost for something that should have worked right out of the box.This is not a minor inconvenience. It’s a core functional failure. A lighting controller that forgets its settings after every power cycle is not a finished product!!!

Great value for the money.
I gave this product 4 stars only because I didn’t like any of the options for blinking. They all seemed to be seizure-inducing. I nice gentle twinkle on every other bulb would have been ideal. I keep them steady on. I didn’t try the remote. You can use the button on the wall plug. I bought the string of 500. Plenty for my 7-foot tree. Although, I did have some difficulty spacing the lights out. It’s a very long strand to deal with but the spool makes it easier. Great value for the money. I am very pleased. I hope they last.

From Subtle Sparkle to Seizure Risk—A Light Show for Every Mood
This one’s for the drama queens of the LED world—and I mean that in the best way. This strand has multiple lighting modes, ranging from a gentle twinkle that whispers “classy backyard barbecue” to a full-blown strobe that says “America’s having a rave and you’re invited.” Seriously, one setting had me checking if I accidentally summoned a bald eagle on a Red Bull.Only one strand is shown in my photo, and it’s bright. Like, “visible from space” bright. Like, “my neighbor squinted and saluted” bright. I wasn’t even finished decorating (I just wanted to get a base shot up so people could see the vibe), and it’s already stealing the show.Easy to set up, super vibrant, and packed with patriotic pizzazz. If you’re trying to add fireworks to your decor without setting anything on fire, this is it. Star lights were also purchased and reviewed on Amazon. (Don’t judge my lack of flowers in the numerous flower pots or the bald yard. My green thumb is apparently still in Beta testing.)10/10—America would be proud, and my retinas will never be the same.

A very well-made string of lights that can be used both indoors and outdoors. The product is waterproof; rain or snow won’t damage it. However, it shouldn’t be removed if it’s used outdoors and temperatures are below freezing. The risk of the cables breaking when winding them back onto the included cable reel is high. It’s best not to wind the lights up and instead bring them unwound indoors to allow them to reach room temperature.The color of the lights is very beautiful and vibrant, and the included remote control (battery included) offers all the necessary functions. You can even turn the lights on or off from inside the house if you’re near a window and the transformer is within sight.The timer, which can also be used with the remote, is very useful. You won’t forget to turn the lights on or off. However, I was quite annoyed that it only offers one function: automatic switching on at a pre-selected time and off again after 6 hours.That’s insufficient; two or three different switch-off times would have been ideal, for example, switching off after 6, 8, or 10 hours. This could have been achieved without additional timer buttons. Pressing the timer button once activates the timer, and it switches off automatically after 6 hours. Pressing the timer button twice activates the timer, and the lights switch off after 8 hours. Pressing the timer button three times activates the timer, and the lights switch off after 10 hours.Simply switching on once and off again after 6 hours isn’t enough functionality, and 6 hours is far too short in my opinion, regardless of the time of year if You use it outdoors. So You have to let it run without the timer funktion and turn it on and off manually. (if You do not forget to do)And that’s the reason i gave only 4 Stars instead of 5Otherwise, I’m very pleased with the product in terms of quality and workmanship and can highly recommend it.
