Not Pre-Assembled. You Need To Stitch Them Together. Definitely DIY.
The title says no DIY. However, I had to stitch them together with the enclosed needle and ribbon. Not that it was hard, but I did not expect to have to assemble these. I was looking for something already assembled so I could just quickly hang them. Instead, I had to spend about a half an hour assembling them. I wanted to surprise my daughter with some decorations before she woke up on St. Patricks Day, but was not able to use them, because they had to be assembled.
