So easy. Prestrung banners on ribbon for the WIN!
Great set! The banners were pre strung but also came with needles just in case! They were strung on quality ribbon that did not break! Big bonus! The streamers were very cute and it came with a LOT of them. I used this to decorate a golf cart for 4th of July and it worked perfectly! The paper banners and decorations at the end of the streamers are made of decent card paper. It rained and it held up. Curled a little. Incredibly easy to assemble. Better than most fun look! Was a big hit.
