Great for Sunday school lessons or play, easy to store
These witch hats and tiaras will make great props for any story talking about good vs evil. The tiaras can represent our crowns of glory when we are righteous, the witch hats can represent evil. I found that I could wear a tiara under the witch hat, so by simply removing the hat I “repented” of evil an gained a crown. There is so much that could be done with these, and for a reasonably large class because there are six of each.I was amazed at how well these collapse down to a tiny space making them easy to store. The tiaras come in two pieces – the head band and the decorative pieces. There is a slot in which you can slide the pieces together into a single tiara, then later take it apart again to store flat. The witch hats all stack inside one another and the outer band twists around like a car sunshade to collapse into a small disk, then the tops of the hats fold over and all six hats fit inside a little plastic envelope. Then everything can easily be put back in the zip-lock bag they came in.These are dress-up items and not for daily wear: The hat is made of a relatively thin material, but still reasonably strong. The tiara is made of molded plastic. Both held up under reasonable use, but I think the tiara could break if it were thrown or something hit it.The witch hats fit great on my head. On a young person’s head it would ride a little lower. It stayed on under a light breeze but would not work in windy conditions.The tiara fit okay on my head though it felt rather tight and I had to be careful where I put it. On a young person’s head it would fit better and probably be able to stay in a variety of positions. It was not uncomfortable to wear the tiara continuously for an hour, in fact I forgot it was there.The decorative surface on the front of the tiaras is very pretty and sparkly, just as a tiara should be. The witch hats were somewhat shiny.

My family loves the movie and therefore love this set. We use it for playtime, teaparties, and costumes. The hats are perfect for little heads and quite sturdy. The crowns are also easy to put together and are good quality.
